Adesh Enterprise is a premium interior design company offering tailored modular furniture, space planning, and complete end-to-end interior solutions. Our in-house modular manufacturing unit and professional design team deliver elegant and functional living and workspaces.

3. Our Services

1. Custom Design Services – Personalized interior design consultation and space planning
2. Modular Manufacturing – Custom-made furniture and fixtures from our modular factory
3. Installation Services – On-site installation of designed elements by professionals
4. Project Management – End-to-end coordination and execution of your interior project

4. Pricing Policies

• Quotes are customized based on the specific scope of work.
• Payment is collected in structured installments.
• A detailed payment schedule will be shared with the project proposal.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Design or production advances are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
• Faulty components covered under warranty will be replaced.
• Refunds are not applicable on design consultations or manufactured goods unless otherwise stated.

6. Warranty Terms

Covered Under Warranty:

• Lifetime rust warranty on premium accessories
• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Protection against termite and fungus
• Product failures under normal usage conditions

Warranty Voided If:

• Payments are not fully settled
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, fire, or natural calamities
• Exposure to water or continuous moisture
• Unauthorized relocation or tampering of furniture
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

7. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Third-party products are not covered under our warranty
• Minor variations in color and finish may occur due to material differences
• Adesh Enterprise is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product/service provided
• Post-installation replacements or repairs outside warranty terms are chargeable
• We reserve the right to repair or replace only the defective part of any product

8. Limitation of Liability

Adesh Enterprise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or dealings with us.

Any claim related to our services must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.

9. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain updates or support for discontinued services.
